Ingredients

5-6 cups homemade turkey stock
2 ribs celery, diced
1 medium onion, diced
1 tsp. Oh! So Garlic
2 large potatoes, quartered and sliced
2 carrots, peeled and sliced
1 tsp. Sunset Seasoned Pepper (Retired)
1 cup green beans (fresh or frozen)
Salt, to taste
2 cups (cooked) leftover turkey

Instructions

Add all the above ingredients, except turkey, to the slow cooker and stir to combine. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or until carrots are tender. Add leftover turkey in the last 30 minutes of cooking time and cook until heated through.
